One of the best breaks in Central America, Playa Colorado is a sand bottom beach break that provides rippable waves 300+ days per year. From long, feathering lines on high tide, to draining barrells on low, there are waves up and down the beach and it won't take much searching to find yours. It's a popular wave with lot's of high level surfers and peak season crowds can rival Southern California's. For good reason.

Just a little further down the beach from Colorado is Panga Drops, another incredible wave that works almost every day, all year round. Size is typically larger but a much softer wave that breaks far-out over a horseshoe reef. The rides are long and the stoke is real, with long flowy sections, a couple wedges and even the occasional barrel.

This reef break serves up endless lefts that can be fun on medium sized swells and can hold almost any size the ocean can serve up. A long wave, sometimes more than 300M, it offers racy sections and endless face to carve. Not too steep but not too mushy, Lance's is a fantastic wave to practice turns and of course, paddling.

On the right day, this left-hand reef break is all-time. Hugging a rocky cliff, the wedgey peak breaks over multiple rock shelves creating heart racing barrel sections punctuated by long running shoulders. When it all connects, the wave can run for 200M+ and leave a surfer stoked out and satisfied.
